Great deep-dish pie pan! I just used this for the first time and it is wonderful! I made a rum/craisin/apple pie with 3 pounds of thin-sliced apples and it all fit in nicely with no overflow during baking. It is also beautiful on the dessert table. I highly recommend it! November 29, 2012
