Your Reserved Shipment: If you are pleased with Gevalia® Kaffe, do
nothing and a standard shipment of four 1/2 lb. packages (2 lbs. total) of the
type(s) you originally selected will be shipped to you approximately one month
later. You will then receive the same shipment once every 6-8 weeks unless we
receive other instructions from you. Once eligible, each year you will also
receive a special holiday shipment of Gevalia® Kaffe. You will be notified
in advance of this special shipment and its seasonal price. You may cancel any
shipment you do not wish to receive.
Your Offer Satisfaction Is Guaranteed: If you are not completely
satisfied with Gevalia® Kaffe, you may cancel your membership at any time
and keep the free gift.
Personal Service And Custom Selection: Along with your trial shipment,
you'll receive news of our other fine selections and roasts like Stockholm and
Espresso Roast, flavors like French Vanilla and Hazelnut, and Select
Varietal® coffees like Colombia and Kenya. You can choose from over 40
different Gevalia® Kaffe products, including a selection of fine teas. And,
if you wish, you may change the quantities and types of coffee you receive at
any time, as well as the frequency of your shipments. Just call toll free
1-800-GEVALIA (1-800-438-2542) and a Member Services Representative will be
happy to assist you, or register for our convenient online Customer Service.
Convenient Billing: Prices of coffees and teas vary, ranging from $5.95 - $8.35 per package, plus shipping and handling. You may choose the option to pay by check upon receipt of each shipment or have each shipment conveniently billed to your credit card. Coffee prices are subject to change. Free Samples: We want you to experience everything Gevalia® has to
offer. From time to time, we'll treat you to free samples of our other
distinctive coffees by including them in your shipments.
Special Offers: Along with your shipments, you will receive special
offers and promotions, tips and helpful hints, and our Gevalia Catalog.
No Minimum. No Commitment. Ever: There is no minimum purchase and no
obligation to continue as a member. You may cancel your membership and stop
your shipments at any time simply by notifying us by mail or phone. And, if you
must return a shipment, you may do so at our expense.
Limitations and Restrictions
The Rules Are Simple:
Gevalia Kaffe reserves the right to substitute a free gift of equal or greater
value when limited supplies are exceeded. Please be assured that your
satisfaction is guaranteed or you may return the item for a complete refund.
