All standard shipment orders placed online will be sent via UPS, with the following exceptions:

Please allow 2 weeks for delivery for standard shipment orders.

For added convenience, we also offer UPS Next Day Delivery and UPS 2nd Day Delivery unless the item is over 30 lbs (heavy weight items will be marked). Unfortunately, shipments to P.O. Box addresses and APO/FPO addresses are restricted and must be handled by the U.S. Post Office.The United States Postal Service has restrictions that prohibit shipments of coffee to certain APO/FPO addresses - click here to see all restricted zip codes

All orders of in-stock merchandise are shipped the next business day. Next Day and 2nd Day delivery orders of in-stock merchandise received by 1:00 P.M. CST are shipped the same day. Please add your shipping charges based on your total purchase amount.

PLEASE NOTE: To ensure quality, certain food items may be shipped separately. Some basket items may be substituted with similar items of equal value, when required. Prices are subject to change.
