Blueberry Coffee Cooler
Try this one on a hot summer day!
Directions
- Place coffee and 1 cup of the ice cubes in blender container; cover. Blend on high speed using on/off action until smooth.
- Add remaining 1 cup ice cubes, ice cream, frozen blueberries and jam; cover. Blend on high speed using on/off action until smooth.
- Pour into 3 glasses Garnish each serving with 2 Tbsp. thawed frozen whipped topping, if desired. Serve immediately. Makes 3 servings, about 1 cup each.

- 1 cup cold brewed, strong GEVALIA Blueberry Crème coffee
- 2 cups ice cubes, divided
- 1 cup vanilla ice cream, softened
- 1/4 cup frozen blueberries
- 2 Tbsp. blueberry jam or preserves
