White Chocolate Coffee

Enhancing the delights of Le Procope™

Directions

  1. Microwave white chocolate and half-and-half in medium microwavable bowl on HIGH 2 minutes, stirring every minute. Stir until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is smooth.
  2. Stir in hot coffee.
  3. Pour into large cups or mugs.
  4. Top each serving with whipped cream and chocolate curls, if desired.

Ingredients:

  • 3 squares white chocolate, chopped
  • 2 cups half-and-half or whole milk
  • 2 cups hot freshly brewed Le Procope* coffee

*Le Procope can be substituted for any of the European Coffeehouse Collection® coffees
