White Chocolate Coffee
Enhancing the delights of Le Procope™
Directions
- Microwave white chocolate and half-and-half in medium microwavable bowl on HIGH 2 minutes, stirring every minute. Stir until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is smooth.
- Stir in hot coffee.
- Pour into large cups or mugs.
- Top each serving with whipped cream and chocolate curls, if desired.

- 3 squares white chocolate, chopped
- 2 cups half-and-half or whole milk
- 2 cups hot freshly brewed Le Procope* coffee
*Le Procope can be substituted for any of the European Coffeehouse Collection® coffees
