Bittersweet Chocolate Truffles
Taste as good as they look!
Directions
- Microwave cream, butter, and sugar in large microwave-safe bowl on high 1 1/2 minutes; stir. Microwave 1 1/2 minutes or until mixture comes to full boil. Add chocolate and vanilla; stir until chocolate is completely melted.
- Refrigerate about 2 hours or until firm enough to handle. Shape into 1" balls. Roll in cocoa, coconut, cookie crumbs, sprinkles, or nuts. Store in refrigerator.

- 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter or margarine, cut into chunks
- 3 tablespoon sugar
- 2 packages (6 oz. each) bittersweet chocolate, broken into chunks
- 1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla Unsweetened cocoa, coconut crushed chocolate cookie crumbs,
sprinkles or finely chopped nuts
