Cranberry Macadamia Jumbles
Crunchy, chewy, delicious! These delicious treats won't stick around long (so make sure you hide some away for yourself).
Directions
- Heat oven to 350°F.
- Beat butter and sugars in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until light and fluffy. Beat in egg and vanilla.
- Mix in flour, baking soda, and salt. Stir in chocolates, nuts and cranberries. Drop by heaping 2 tablespoonfuls, 1 1/2 apart, onto ungreased cookie sheets.
- Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown. Cool 2 to 3 minutes; remove from cookie sheets. Cool completely on wire racks. Store in tightly covered container.

Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter or margarine
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 squares (1 oz. each) semi-sweet chocolate, chopped
- 3 squares (1 oz. each) white chocolate, chopped
- 2 cups chopped macadamia nuts
- 1/2 cups dried cranberries
