Gevalia Kaffe Apple Coffee Cake
A great treat to enjoy after a long ride in the autumn countryside gathering the fruits of the season! Our coffeecake will go perfectly with your favorite Gevalia Kaffe!
Directions
- Heat oven to 350°F.
- Mix dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Stir in wet ingredients and blend. Then stir in apples and nuts.
- Pour into a greased and floured 9-inch tube pan.
- Bake at 350°F for 60 minutes, or until cake tester comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes; remove from pan. Serve warm or cool, sprinkled with confectioners sugar

- 2 cups unsifted flour
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 2 teaspoon baking soda

- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/4 cup of your favorite Gevalia Kaffe, brewed
- 1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 1/2 cups peeled, sliced apples
- 1 cup chopped nuts
