Inside of the box you will see a foil pouch with the 'froth' contents - which is Step 1.
You will also see the usual K-cup, which is Step 2.
When ready to brew, open the pouch (Step 1) and pour into your mug. Place the K-cup into your brewer and brew into mug (Step 2). You should see the froth begin to form. Sometimes, you may have to stir the contents up from the bottom to get it mixed completely. Enjoy!

2.Insert Espresso Roast Cup. Brew using 8oz small mug button and stir.

I have carefully examined the box this product comes in, and both the froth packet and K-cup. The only additional information found on the froth packet is "Contains: Milk, Soy." I do NOT see any kosher labeling on any of these.
So, I would conclude no, this product does not follow traditional kosher guidelines. Plain coffee by itself of generally any brand would be kosher, as it comes from a plant. It's the froth packet with milk product that puts this latte product into the questionable area.
