My Basket

Your shopping basket has all of your product selections and you can view it anytime before you finalize your purchase at checkout. Want to add an item to your basket? That's easy! Just click on the big, yellow "Add To Basket " button on any product page. You can remove items from your basket anytime you wish before going through the checkout process. You'll also find a helpful list of other items you might like on the right side of your basket page. Go to your basket right now!

Checkout

Once you've placed all the Gevalia you'd like to order in your shopping basket, click on the big, yellow "Proceed To Secure Checkout" button at the bottom of your shopping basket page. You'll then be asked to log in to My Account, or proceed without logging in. (If you've chosen Auto Delivery, you'll have to create an account.)

Next, you'll need to enter your shipping and billing addresses and choose your shipping method. If your order is a gift, you can enter a custom message and use our gift-wrapping service if you'd like.

You're almost done! Simply enter your payment method information. (Have a gift card? Here's where you can use it.) You'll see your entire order summary underneath your payment information. Make sure everything is just the way you want it, and then hit the "Submit Order" button on the bottom right of the page. Your order has now been placed and will be arriving on your doorstep soon.

Redeeming A Gift Certificate

Follow these steps to use a gift certificate to pay for your order:

  • Select items you wish to purchase and add them to your cart.
  • When you're ready to checkout, click the My Basket link at the top of the page and proceed to the checkout.
  • On the Payment page, enter your gift certificate code and click "Apply."
  • You can apply more than one gift certificate to an order; simply enter the code and click "Apply" after each one.

Sales Tax

By law we are required to collect applicable sales taxes on most non-food items in AZ, CA, FL, GA, IL, KS, KY, MA, MN, NE, NJ, NY, OH, PA, TX, VA, WI and WV. This calculation will be completed by our system after you have entered your shipping information for each order.

Emails About Your Order

After you place your order, you will receive an email update about your order status, including order confirmation and shipping confirmation. Please save these emails for your records. We'll contact you if there are any difficulties such as payment verification in processing your order.

Wish List

Your wish list is an easy way to keep track of all the Gevalia coffees, teas and other gifts and accessories you’d like to try. To add an item to your wish list, just click on the “Add To Wish List” link on any product page. You can make your wish list public if you’d like and share it with your family and friends as a little hint-hint for gift ideas.
