Could you please tell me the difference between your two milk products/creamers ? Is the Cappuccino Foaming Milk Creamer a "richer" cream product than the Latte Creamer ?
Thank you.

Answer:
I like the Jacobs Macchiatto Latte, but it's a little weaker, to me, than any of the cappuccino drinks.. The difference between latte and cappuccino is the latte has more cream, which makes a latte a larger drink and a weaker drink.

I think the Latte creamer is richer than the Cappaccino. I seem to get more creamer with the Latte.

Answer:
The only difference between the two creamers is that the foaming gives your coffee a frothing foam topping.

My husband bought me a machine for Christmas as a special treat so that I could have costa latte coffee at home but I do not like sugar in drinks therefore I cannot drink the drinks . I have used the machine and cannot take it back but it is a complete waiste of money for me . This is really disappointing !

Answer:
All milk or cream has sugar naturally-even fat free milk. but it is usually only 2 or 3 grams of sugar. I think the mochas need to be available in sugar free or skinny versions as there are 25 grams of sugar in almost all of them. I have made that request to Tassimo and hope someone was listening.

Answer:
You can still use the machine to brew espresso, crema, or coffees without sugar, and then just add your own cream or milk product. It's not as fun as having the milk frothed in the Tassimo, though. You might like the cremas or Voluptuoso coffee, since these brew with a layer of foam on top, without milk! Yum! Sometimes I use a mixer to froth up heavy cream or half&half. I really wish they would offer sugar free versions of the milks and iced teas and hot chocolates, either unsweetened, or with a non-calorie sweetener like Truvia or Splenda! Or maybe a refillable cream/milk container with the barcode to froth it! How about it, Tassimo?

Answer:
Hi there! The Foaming Milk Creamer is actually a different product altogether, it is also made from real milk but is not formulated like the Sweet Milk Creamer. We hope you will give it a try!

Answer:
Thanks for the inquiry! Our Cappuccino Foaming Milk Creamer is not the same product as the Milk Creamer that comes with our Lattes, it is designed to deliver a frothy finish to top off our Cappuccino products, whereas the Milk Creamer included with our Lattes is slightly sweeter and is mainly steamed to create more of a blended drink. Let us know what you think about it!

Hi, I own Bosch Tassimo machine which is well maintained. I descale it regularly. I purchased 10 packets of Cuppuccino from the Tassimo site.

I have found that the milk disks are hardly foaming! Certainly I just have a white coffee after 10mnutes. The machine is working fine with other disks.

Have you changed your supplier? I have had a tassimo machine for years, but if this now what Cappiccinos are going to be like, I will have to end what has been a good run with Tassimo.

Answer:
Unless the creamers in the UK are different from those sold here in the US, you must have received a bad batch. I've never had a creamer disc not foam.

The Cappuccino Milk Creamer should be foaming. Please contact one of our Tassimo Customer Service Representatives at 1-877-834-7271 for assistance with troubleshooting your brewer. We ask when calling, that you have your brewer available.
