It seems that previously your website was great. However, now, when an item is being viewed larger it is very blurry. Also, there were many items to choose from, but now just a few. Also, the descriptions of the items are not detailed. There is no real information on the various items. I wanted to purchase coffee filters for my 12-cup. where are they?

We've made a lot of changes to the site and there are a few bumps we need to smooth out. We are in the process of adding new photography to better display our products. As for our assortment, we offer the same amount of coffees and teas as we always have and look forward to adding even more great products in the near future. We currently sell filter paper under our "Accessories" section on our website. We've tried to make our product descriptions easier to understand and have added a Coffee Filter to help you select the right products based upon your taste. Does this mixer also warm the milk or do you have to warm the milk first?
I am just wondering if the frother heats the milk as it is frothing it or do you have to warm the milk first?

Is the frothing cup glass or plastic? Does the frother operate on AA bateries? And what is written on the cup, I can't make it out as the picture gets blurry when looking at the larger/up close imaging. It looks like directions for making a mocha, an iced latte? a cappuccino? what is the fourth one?
