Simply Excellent! The coffee is so good that I can't wait until morning. I drink this coffee every day, but on the weekends I usually take two to three cups. It's like a ritual. Answer: 
All coffees have an acidic pH level, unless the acidity is remved, which Gevalia does not do. If you are asking about taste, French Roast, Light Roast and Crème Brulee coffees all have a taste that is very low in acidity.

Answer: 
Best bet for low perceived acidity in cup would be a medium roasted blend such as Gevalia Signature Blend. The Decaf products would also be perceived to have lower acidty in cup.
