Does Gevalia collect state tax?
By law we are required to collect applicable sales taxes on most non-food items in AZ, CA, FL, IL, NJ, NY, PA, TX, and WV. This calculation will be completed by our system after you have entered your shipping information for each order.

All products come with our Satisfaction Guarantee. If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with Gevalia, simply contact us within 45 days of receipt of the product and we will exchange the product or, if you prefer, refund the charges for the product, less shipping and handling.

What are your shipping rates?
Coffee Club Orders
Unless otherwise noted at the time of purchase, all
coffee club orders are subject to a $5.95 shipping charge, regardless of the
quantity of coffee purchased.
If you receive your coffee club shipments at a non-continental address, you are
subject to a $5.00 shipping surcharge. This surcharge applies to shipments to

Lack of variety or dislike taste
We offer over 40 varieties of coffee and tea and all products come with a
satisfaction guarantee. Our coffees are also recipe tolerant, which means
you can vary your recipe using more or less coffee per cup

Permanently moving to another location
If you are in the process of moving, you can provide us with your new address
and place your account on hold until after your move is complete. At that time,
your regularly scheduled shipments will resume, based on the intervals you have

Vacation/Leaving Town Temporarily
If you plan to be away from your residence due to a vacation or a temporary

Will I receive an order confirmation?
Order Confirmations
Upon completion of your online order, we will show you
a confirmation page summarizing your order, including a confirmation number.
You can print this page for your files. We will also send an order confirmation
email with the same summary to the email address noted in your order. At this
time we do not send out shipping confirmation emails.
Items on Back Order
If your order contains an item no longer in stock or
on back order, Gevalia will contact you through an email, phone call and/or
letter explaining the situation.
Can I order a Gevalia gift certificate or have an order gift wrapped?
Gift Certificates
Personalized gift certificates are available in the amounts of $25, $50, &
$100 and can be used to purchase coffee or accessories. Unfortunately, Gevalia
gift certificates cannot be used toward coffee club memberships.
Gift Wrapping
For coffee and accessory purchases that are not part
of a coffee club, you can have your gift items wrapped for $5.95 per item. You
will also receive a letter confirming that your gift has been sent.
How does membership work?
It is our pleasure to invite you to experience Gevalia Kaffe at Home by taking advantage of one of our special introductory offers. If you are pleased with Gevalia Kaffe, do nothing and a standard shipment of four, 1/2 lb. packages (two lbs. total) of the type(s) you originally selected will be shipped to you approximately one month later. You will then receive the same delivery every six weeks, or you can contact us to change the frequency, quantity, and variety of coffee or tea you receive.
