All products come with our Satisfaction Guarantee. If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with Gevalia, simply contact us within 45 days of receipt of the product and we will exchange the product or, if you prefer, refund the charges for the product, less shipping and handling.

Club Policies

Payment Information

We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express or Discover. Members of our coffee clubs may also select the option to pay upon receipt of each shipment via personal check or money order.

Shipping Methods

Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery of your introductory Gevalia coffee club shipment.

Please allow 2 weeks for delivery of any non-club orders including coffees and accessories.

For added convenience, we also offer UPS Next Day Delivery and UPS 2nd Day Delivery on orders that are not part of our coffee club and less than 30 lbs. Unfortunately, shipments to P.O. Box addresses and APO/FPO addresses are restricted and must be handled by the U.S. Post Office.

Please note that the United States Postal Service has restrictions that prohibit shipments of coffee to certain APO/FPO addresses - Click here to see all restricted ZIP codes.

All non-club coffee and accessory orders of in-stock merchandise are shipped the next business day. Next Day and 2nd Day delivery orders received by 1:00 P.M. CST are shipped the same day. Please add your shipping charges based on your total purchase amount.

PLEASE NOTE: To ensure quality, certain food items may be shipped separately. Some basket items may be substituted with similar items of equal value, when required. Prices are subject to change.

All non-club coffee and accessory orders placed online will be sent via UPS, with the following exceptions:

• Shipments to P.O. Box addresses and APO/FPO addresses will be delivered by the US Post Office.
• Shipments to AK, HI and U.S. Territories will be delivered by USPS Priority Mail.

Shipping Rates

Coffee Club Orders Unless otherwise noted at the time of purchase, all coffee club orders are subject to a $5.95 shipping charge, regardless of the quantity of coffee purchased.

If you receive your coffee club shipments at a non-continental address, you are subject to a $5.00 shipping surcharge. This surcharge applies to shipments to the following locations:

• AS American Samoa
• AK Alaska
• FM Federated States of Micronesia
• GU Guam
• HI Hawaii
• MH Marshall Islands
• MP Northern Mariana Islands
• PR Puerto Rico
• PW Palau
• VI Virgin Islands

This shipment surcharge is not included in your introductory coffee club shipment.

Non-club coffee and accessory orders are subject to the following shipping and handling rates:

$25.01 to $40.00 ............ $8.95
$40.01 to $55.00 ............ $10.95

$100.01 to $150.00 .......... $16.95

2nd Day Air add $8.95 per address.
Next Day Air add $15.95 per address.
Note: No express shipping for items over 30 lbs.

Shipping charges are to one address. Each additional address is $5.95. AK, HI, and U.S. Territories add $6.95 additional to shipping charges. Please add your shipping charges based on your total purchase amount. We are unable to ship 2nd Day or Next Day Air items to P.O., A.P.O. or F.P.O. box addresses.

Sales Tax Guide

By law we are required to collect applicable sales taxes on most non-food items in AZ, CA, FL, IL, NJ, NY, PA, TX, and WV. This calculation will be completed by our system after you have entered your shipping information for each order.
