General

Your Satisfaction Is Guaranteed:
If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with Gevalia Kaffe, simply contact us within 45 days of receiving your merchandise to obtain a replacement product or return the product for a full refund, minus any shipping and handling charges you may have incurred.

No Commitment:
Unless otherwise noted during enrollment, there is no minimum purchase and no obligation to continue as a member of one of our coffee clubs. You may cancel your membership and stop shipments at anytime by notifying us by mail or phone or via our website.

Shipping Surcharge:
If you receive your coffee club shipments at a non-continental address, you are subject to a $5.00 shipping surcharge. This surcharge applies to shipments to the following locations:

• AS American Samoa
• AK Alaska
• FM Federated States of Micronesia
• GU Guam
• HI Hawaii
• MH Marshall Islands
• MP Northern Mariana Islands
• PR Puerto Rico
• PW Palau
• VI Virgin Islands

This shipment surcharge is not included in your introductory coffee club shipment.

Limitations and Restrictions:

• Offers are subject to change and is open to residents of the U.S., the U.S. Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico.
• Offers are only valid for new members of the Gevalia coffee club for which the offer is advertised.
• Limit one Gevalia membership per club household.
• Orders are subject to approval.
• Offer is good only while supplies last.
• Gevalia reserves the right to substitute a gift of equal or greater value when supplies are depleted.

Gevalia Kaffe at Home

Your Reserved Shipment:
If you are pleased with Gevalia Kaffe at Home, do nothing and a standard shipment of 4 ½ lb. packages (2 lbs. total) of the type(s) you originally selected will be shipped to you approximately one month later. You will then receive the same shipment once every 6-8 weeks unless we receive other instructions from you. Once eligible, each year you will also receive a special holiday shipment of Gevalia Kaffe at Home. You will be notified in advance of this special shipment and its seasonal price. You may cancel any shipment you do not wish to receive.

Personal Service And Custom Selection:
If you wish, you may change the quantities and types of coffee you receive at any time, as well as the frequency of your shipments. Just visit www.gevalia.com or call toll free 1-800-GEVALIA (1-800-438-2542) and a Member Services Representative will be happy to assist you.

Convenient Billing:
Prices of coffees and teas vary, ranging from $5.95 - $9.95 per package (with some specialty coffees priced higher), plus shipping and handling. You may choose the option to pay by check upon receipt of each shipment or have each shipment conveniently billed to your credit card. Prices are subject to change.

Free Samples:
We want you to experience everything Gevalia® has to offer. From time to time, we'll treat you to free samples of our other distinctive coffees by including them in your shipments.

Special Offers:
Along with your shipments, you will receive special offers and promotions, tips and helpful hints.

Limited Edition

Your Reserved Shipments:
If you are pleased with your introductory shipment of Gevalia Limited Edition coffee, do nothing and a standard shipment of 4, ½ lb. packages (2 lbs. total) of another rare coffee from Gevalia Limited Edition will be shipped to you approximately every three months, plus a special holiday shipment in December. If you're going to be away for a length of time, you can have your shipments suspended temporarily.

Limited Edition Coffee:
Gevalia Limited Edition coffees are some of the choicest single origin coffees available in the world. Our current offerings include the following:

• Toraja - With a smooth, full-bodied taste, pleasant acidity and wonderful aroma, Toraja is regarded as the finest of Indonesian coffees.
• Papua New Guinea - Sweet, medium-bodied coffee from the lush Mt. Hagen region or Papua New Guinea, a country just north of Australia.
• Harrar - This exotic coffee from East Ethiopia is dried naturally in the sun, creating a bold, tantalizing flavor and a fruity acidity.
• Colibri Azul - Luxurious coffee grown in limited quantity high on the mountains of Jinotega's cloud-covered rainforest in Nicaragua.
• Karoma Estate - Grown exclusively on small, family-owned farms in the Dominican Republic, this medium-bodied varietal has a pleasant acidity and a soft, subtly sweet taste.

Due to the limited availability of these exclusive coffees and yearly variations in harvest, coffee selections may change.

Convenient Billing:
You will be billed the Limited Edition price, currently $7.75 for Regular, $8.45 for Naturally Decaffeinated, for each ½ lb. package, plus a $5.95 shipping and handling charge. Each shipment will be conveniently billed to your credit card, or, by notifying us, you may choose the option of paying by check upon receipt of each shipment. Prices are subject to change.

Seasonal Flavors

Your Reserved Shipments:
If you are pleased with your introductory shipment of Gevalia Seasonal Flavors coffee, do nothing and a standard shipment of 4, ½ lb. packages (2 lbs. total) of another coffee from the Seasonal Flavors program will be shipped to you approximately every three months. You can manage your account online or by calling our customer service center. If you're going to be away for a length of time, you can even have your shipments suspended temporarily.

Seasonal Flavor Coffee:
Gevalia Seasonal Flavors coffees are some of the most flavorful coffees available from Gevalia. Our current offerings include the following:

• Winter - German Chocolate Cake - Rich enough for the coldest day, this tasty Winter coffee layers milk chocolate flavor with hints of coconut and pecan.
• Spring - Pecan Torte - Nutty and buttery notes with a hint of caramel-like flavor, Pecan Torte is as fresh and bright as a Spring morning.
• Summer - Blueberry Crème - Imagine the yummy flavor of blueberries swirling with sweet, creamy notes, and you’ve got a tasty Summer blockbuster.
• Fall - Pumpkin Spice - The name says it all – a playful mix of Fall sprices and creamy flavor – perfectly balanced in every cup.

You will be billed only $7.45 per half-pound package of Gevalia Seasonal Flavors Regular Coffee ($8.25 for naturally Decaffeinated) plus a $5.95 shipping and handling charge. Each shipment will be conveniently billed to your credit card, or, by notifying us, you may choose the option of paying by check upon receipt of each shipment. Prices are subject to change.
