Sounds like you are bit upset with the way Tassimo Direct ships out your order. You are not alone. I know I was blazing angry several times. Once, it took seven weeks to get an order. That was my LAST order with Tassimo Direct. I turned to Gevalia.com for my Tassimo coffee needs. It has been predictable and consistent. I get deliveries automatically 4 weeks. The order is placed on the 4th of the month and I get a box at my door on the 16th +/- a day.
I have not ordered a stand-alone order.
