Answer: 
All Gevalia teas contain approximately 50mg of caffeine except for the Gevalia Green Tea which offers approximately 30mg of caffeine.

Thanks for asking. Soy Lecithin is a component of Non Dairy Creamer used in GFIC products. Acts as emulsifier to help keep oils dispersed in the ingredient. Have a great day.
