MY ABSOLUTE # 1 FAVE
I am a guilty of being obsessed with chocolate, well dark chocolate in particular... I brewed this at my mother in law's house and we all tried it together. I was the first to go and once I sipped it, in reaction I shouted, "WOW!" and gave a little jump. Then they all tried it to see what the fuss was and they all agreed that it was delicious. My MIL's husband was trying to steal my box the whole entire visit and I was not having that. I gave him a little in a zip lock bag but told him no more because it was all mine. However my Mother in law will be sure to come order with us :) Thank you for another great flavor which is my favorite. Everyone should also try it with carnation condensed milk, or evaporated if you prefer...

Superb!
This is one of the best flavored coffees I've ever tasted! It is rich and smooth in flavor with no acidic, bitter, or over-roasted aftertaste.
I take my coffee with non-fat organic milk or almond milk, and both are delicious with this coffee! I have a friend who prefers it black, and he loves it, too. I don't know why the one reviewer found it drying and bitter to the tongue. The chocolate flavor is full and rich. It enhances rather than overwhelms the coffee flavor. A brewed 1/2 Cup makes a nice addition to chocolate cake batter, too.

Delicious!
I have been searching for chocolate decalf coffee everywhere. I'm not a fan of bold flavor so this is perfect and smooth! It smells incredible. Highly recommend!

Dessert in a cup!
Coffee flavor is delicious, not bitter and actually tastes like chocolate. If you love chocoloate, especially dark chocolate you will love this. Itis like dessert in a cup! The only draw back is I wish the aroma was more distinct. Overall excellent choice for a true chocolate coffee flavor.

Strong chocolate scent, yet bitter flavor
I surprisingly didn't like this coffee selection. It tasted like the higher % dark chocolate that has little sugar in it, the kind that makes your tongue dry with bitterness. I first tried this at a relative's house knowing that I just ordered this same flavor and a box was waiting at home in the pantry.... Now I have this un-opened box of coffee I'll have to re-gift.

Not as good as Ihought it would be t
I ordered this and Pecan Torte. Not very pleased with this chocolate coffee but the pecan torte is exquisite. It is so delicious and has a wonderful aroma.

Great aroma - matched by it's tasted! NOT disappointed
my husband and I are flavored coffee lovers - predominately "chocolate" flavored. We'll find a good one, then can't get it anymore, it changes, etc etc etc and then have to "settle" for what we can get. The last time we tried ordering from Gevalia, they didn't have the Dark Chocolate Truffle, only the Mocha and dear hubby wasn't impressed. Just tried again and "WOW" - I am actually making my coffee stronger than our normal - not because the coffee itself is too weak - but because I like the stronger taste and there's no bitterness (even hubby likes it and he usually makes his WEAK!). When I first opened the shipment w/coffee, coffeemaker, etc - first thing I could smell was the chocolate coffee and couldn't wait (no, REALLY couldn't wait) to brew a pot. Was not disappointed!! Find myself drinking more and more...Thanks Gevalia for finally coming through with a good Chocolate coffee!!

You've got to try this
I ordered this flavor of coffee without having tried it before nor did I read any of the reviews. To say the least, I'm hooked. This is some of the best coffee I have ever had. There are a lot of coffees out there that smell amazing and then you taste it and your left feeling cheated. That isn't so with this coffee, it tastes as good as it smells. Amazing...you've got to try this. You won't be disappointed.

liquidized ganache of a truffle
Ever had one of those dark chocolate truffles %60 cocoa? Once you suck away the outer shell you're left with an inner creamy chocolate nib, which slowly melts over your tongue allowing you to savor the flavor. This is what Gevalia has created: that inner nib in liquid form. Truly delightful!

doesn't have that artificial chocolate flavor
Honestly, the only reason I took a chance on purchasing this coffee, was the rave reviews I read. I have tried several other brands of "chocolate" flavored coffee & they were absolutely terrible. This is the first chocolate coffee that I absolutely love! My husband is a chocoholic, but not a big fan of dark chocolate. He loves this coffee, too. I have found that I like to mix it half & half with someof the darker roast unflavored coffees. He likes it straight up. If you love chocolate, you will love this coffee!

Strong chocolate flavor
I used to order the Mocha, but for chocolate intensity, this is better. Excellent for iced coffee with cream or milk. Whipped cream is optional of course. For regular use, I mix any regular (non-flavored) coffee with 2-3 scoops of Dark Chocolate Truffle. The result is more subtle, but still noticeably chocolate. Good with a breakfast of cereal and strawberries.

Dark Chocolate Truffle
This one is most definitely my favorite Gevalia coffee. As a person who has to have chocolate any way possible, this coffee fits the bill. I had it for breakfast this morning with extra milk foam, and will have another cup tonight after dinner.

Excellent smooth dark chocolate coffee . . .
Excellent smooth dark chocolate coffee - - - sure puts a competitor's "Decadent Dark Chocolate" to shame!!! We enjoyed the decaffeinated coffee this morning and the entire home smells wonderful - none left in the pot to have iced later!

Chocoholics delight
This is without a doubt the best flavored coffee I have ever had!!! My first though was WOW!!! I even have a Keurig machine and only found 1 Chocolate flavored coffee I liked there.
Getting back to Gevalia, this coffee has a rich deep, chocolate flavor to it to please the most discriminate chocoholic. I use a little less than the recommended amounts of coffee Gevalia states on their packaging; and brew it a little differently. I use about 1 1/2 metal (Gevalia spoon) scoops and add 2 of the same metal spoon scoops (not rounded) of raw cane sugar in with the coffee and mix it up in my Gevalia coffee maker with a cone filter.
Then once brewed, I just add cream.
It is such a delicious coffee I'm getting a craving for it right now so I'm going to cut this review short.
BTW I'm going to order this in both regular and decaf on a regular basis

Wow!!!
Wow was my response to my first sip of this wonderful coffee.
I have tried other flavored coffees with my Keurig machine and
found them wanting. Gevalia you hit the ball out of the park on this one.
Though I use less coffee then recommend, this has rich flavor and would make an excellent after dinner coffee.

A delicious coffee that has a wonderful chocolate undertone
This coffee is a great dessert coffee, which anyone can love. While it is brewing, the house smells like a chocolate cake factory. Which drives our kids crazy.

Delicious!
I have been searching for chocolate decalf coffee everywhere. I'm not a fan of bold flavor so this is perfect and smooth! It smells incredible. Highly recommend!
