Wonderful
This has become my favorite coffee bean. I have had the chance to drink coffee in different countries where it's produced, but the Kona bean beats everything else by far. Enjoy!

It's Great! About the only coffee I'll drink!
I love this coffee, I've been drinking it as long as I can remember I believe since I first heard/saw an advertisement for it. When my brother visits he will only drink Gevalia and calls me in enough time to let me know he's coming over and for me to fix him a pot.

Sooooooooo good!
Truly about the most perfect coffee on earth. I love it! The flavor is perfectly balanced. Kona is bold and totally satisfying alone, but can still be enjoyed with food. I highly recommend it!

kona set the bar that other coffees must reach. excellent coffee!
typically i drink dark roast and espresso roast all day. i bought this on sale to try it. i must say it is my favorite coffee now, the flavor is wonderful and my wife loves it also she will drink it with me now since its a medium roast. i like mine dark and strong but i will buy this again and again because it is so good and even better than the pricier jamaican blue mountain that i thought was decent but not on the kona level! and i only brew in a french press!

Best coffee I 've ever tasted that I loved at first sip
All of your coffees are unique and flavorful, but some just stand out above the others and Kona is one of my favorites.

The Best I've Tasted
I've been a coffee drinker for years (won't say how many, but it's a LOT) and have sampled many kinds. I honeymooned on Maui, got my first taste of Kona at a ritzy hotel there and then (2000), and have not found a better tasting coffee since (don't really want or need to). Yes, Gevalia's Kona seems a bit pricier than others ... but this is true only until you try it. The extra expense will be for the "true and correct" original, and *it will be worth it*. There are many coffees labelled "Kona" which are priced much less than Gevalia's (and I've tried many of them). However, I have not found a more uniquely delicious and satisfying cup than what I get here. Every cup of this Kona takes me right back to Maui, where I caught the java bug ... permanently. I'm an engineer/analyst. A good one, I think. This is not paid marketing in any way.

best of the best
I get tired of the junk people try to say is great coffee. However, I never refuse a cup of this coffee. It is the best coffee sold. This is the standard by which I compare any other coffee.

Excellent Coffee but...
Excellent coffee, Good price for Kona though but... just out of *my* price range :-( to get on a regular basis. But if you can afford it, it is really good Kona, and a reasonable fair price!

Real smooth!
I have been a coffee drinker for over 20 years, and I do like a good cup of coffee. Kona coffee is so smooth that it tastes great, and it doesn't leave an acidic feeling in your stomach. My husband has never been a coffee drinker, but he will always drink Kona! I must admit, I introduced him to it so I could have an excuse for the higher cost. It's worth every penny!!

The best coffee anywhere!
This is the best coffee in existence! It is mellow and never bitter. Our favorite way is to grind whole beans fresh daily.

A perfect coffee
This is a coffee we buy only occasionally due to its cost. But, it is probably the best coffee we have ever tasted. If you want to treat yourself to a full bodied, rich, nutty coffee with no bitterness, I highly recommend this coffee.

not enough flavor
Thought I would try a pricey one but was expecting more flavor. It wasn't bad, just an average good cup of coffee.

Best Koffee I ever Tasted
At first I thought I would sample the Kona while it was on special promotion. I had other manufacturer/processors Kona and while good thought it was way over priced. According to the other review apparently they mix theirs with other coffee. The Pure Kona from Gevalia is the Best I have ever had...PERIOD!
Thanks Gevalia, now can you just do something about the price?
It is worth it anyway, treat yourself or my name is Merle Tucker; which it isn't.

Aloha Buttery Coffee
I simply cannot get enough of Gevalia Kona. A lot of Kona I have tried in the past is a blend of Kona and other coffees, but this is 100% Kona. You can really taste and smell the difference in the coffee. It is reminiscent of macadamia nuts.
