This Privacy Policy applies to the Gevalia Perks website (the “Site”). The Gevalia Perks program and website are owned and operated by Next Jump, Inc. (“Next Jump”, “we” or “us”). Next Jump is an independent entity not affiliated with Gevalia. Gevalia Perks is a portal that provides certain benefits and services to its registered users (“users” or “members”), including access to discounts redeemable at participating merchants’ online or offline locations.

Information collected through this Site will be handled by Next Jump in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Next Jump is a licensee of the TRUSTe Privacy Program. TRUSTe is an independent, nonprofit organization whose mission is to build users’ trust and confidence in the Internet by promoting the use of fair information practices. Because Next Jump wants to demonstrate its commitment to your privacy, it has agreed to disclose its information practices and have its privacy practices reviewed for compliance by TRUSTe.

The Personal Information We Collect
To access Gevalia Perks, we obtain your name and email address from Gevalia. On our Site, we ask you for your zip code and additional information, such as demographic data and shopping preferences

When you visit the Gevalia Perks Site or linked websites, or click on a link in an email you receive from us, we may collect your IP address, click-stream data (which represents a page-by-page history of an individual’s use of a website), and other information about you.

We use cookies on this Site. A cookie is a small text file that is stored on a user’s computer. Next Jump links the information stored in cookies to users’ personal information.

How We Use This Personal Information

We use information we collect through the Site, such as your name, email address, IP address, postal address (including zip code), click-stream data, and details about your demographics and preferences to:

What Information We Share
We will not trade, sell or distribute personal information in ways other than those disclosed in this Privacy Policy.

We may share the information we collect through this Site with service providers we have retained to perform services on our behalf. These service providers are prohibited from using your personal information for purposes other than to perform services on our behalf.

Next Jump will share with Gevalia your user name, email address and certain demographic and preference details. We also may disclose information in aggregate format to Gevalia and other third parties, such as merchants who offer products or services through Gevalia Perks or other programs managed by Next Jump.

When you RSVP to an in-store retail event through the Site, we will tell the participating merchant your name and if you will be bringing a guest.

Next Jump reserves the right to disclose your personal information as required by law and when it is believed that disclosure is necessary to protect Next Jump’s rights or comply with a judicial proceeding, court order or legal process.

Opting Out
You may use the “My Account” feature of this Site to access certain of your personal information and to change your preferences, such as whether to receive emails from Gevalia Perks, reminders, special offers, alerts or newsletters. You also may opt out of receiving Gevalia Perks correspondence by responding to an email from Gevalia Perks or sending an email to cs@networkrewards.com.

Users who wish that their personal information be removed from the Gevalia Perks database, should email their requests to cs@networkrewards.com We will respond to your request within twenty [20] business days. Please note that after we remove your information from the Gevalia Perks database, you will not be able to log in to Gevalia Perks.

Merchants’ Privacy Practices
Through Gevalia Perks, you may be able to purchase discounted products on the websites of participating merchants. Information you submit on a participating merchant’s website is subject to that merchant’s own privacy policy that you should review before you submit your personal information on the site. This Privacy Policy is not applicable on any of the merchant sites. Therefore, it is important for users to familiarize themselves with the privacy policies of each merchant.

Notification of Changes to Privacy Policy
Users will be notified of changes or revisions to this Privacy Policy, including our email practices, by a notice posted on the Gevalia Perks login page. The notice will contain a link to the revised Privacy Policy. You should check the Site frequently to see recent changes to the revised Privacy Policy. A user who is not amenable to the conditions of a revised Privacy Policy may opt out of Gevalia Perks by means outlined in the “Opting Out” section of this Policy. We will not use or disclose information we collect on this Site for purposes other than those described in the Privacy Policy that was in effect at the time we collected the information without first obtaining your affirmative express consent to such use or disclosure.
