We have always bought Stockholm roast and was disappointed when it was discontinued(again), but this coffee is a good substitute. Tastes like high end restaurant coffee.

I love the intense coffee flavor that comes with the Signature blend medium roast. It is my favorite because I don't like a bitter taste to my coffee. I'm hoping that it won't be discontinued.

Signature blend is a smooth delicious coffee. I have tried many other brands and blends. This one is the one I keep coming back to. Brighten your morning with a cup of Signature blend!

Switched from Signature Blend fine ground used on a drip coffeemaker (the model sold by Gevalia), to Signature Blend whole bean, because I now use a French coffee press. This coffee blend is as smooth, regarless of the brewing method, and goes well with cold-press organic coconut oil and unsalted butter from grass-fed, pasture-raised cows (blended with coffee in place of milk and sugar - recipe does not work as well with regular butter). It makes a very smooth and creamy coffee. This is my Gevalia version of the "bulletproof coffee" recipe.
