Auto Delivery Overview
How it Works
Auto Delivery is a convenient shipping service that allows you to have the Gevalia coffees you choose, delivered to your doorstep on a schedule that's right for you. You'll enjoy more than the great coffee you select. From time to time, we'll send you free samples of our other distinctive coffees so that you can experience everything that we have to offer. You'll also receive special offers and promotions, tips and helpful hints along with your shipments.
Creating an Auto Delivery Order
Creating an Auto Delivery order is easy. Simply select the Auto Delivery option on any coffee product page before you place it into your basket. Then select the frequency with which you would like to receive your Auto Delivery shipments. You can change or cancel your Auto Delivery order at any time. Note: Auto Delivery requires a minimum of two (2) boxes (1lb.) from our year-round selections per order.
Changing or Canceling an Auto Delivery Order
You may change or cancel an Auto Delivery order at any time. Just login to My Account and click on the Auto Delivery Orders link under Your Orders. Select the Auto Delivery order you would like to change or cancel. You can remove individual coffees from your order or any upcoming shipment (as long as you maintain the two-box Auto Delivery minimum), change the frequency of Auto Delivery shipments, and change the ship date. Changing the ship date will reset your default date for Auto Delivery intervals. For example, if your Auto Delivery ships every 5 weeks and you change your ship date from the first of the month to the seventh of the month, you'll receive your next Auto Delivery shipment 5 weeks from the 7th rather than 5 weeks from the 1st. You can also cancel an entire Auto Delivery order from your Auto Delivery Orders page by calling Customer Service.
